That’s the moto I need to adopt now.
I’ve done the whole review of my life yesterday as it was unbearable to experience the in-between states again. My mind kept spiralling back to people’s expectations over my life so I decided it was time to do the actual review of where I got to.
To my surprise, the whole thing took me about 3 hours, a lot of tears and a new song in the end of it… called Planet Earth (which i will be working on and hopefully it will reach your lovely ears).
One of my friends said “Be careful, reviews like that can get you out!” and they surely can unless you have experience of disassembling all of yourself many times to adapt to the new life challenges….
Overall I had 8 big Life reshuffles to date - not counting the small adjustments, only where my identity was recalibrated to new frequencies - which is a lot for a 30 year old. Technically I had to shape shift every 3.75 years of my life which amazes me now as I look back but that was the main reason why my mind couldn’t settle in the current life. It’s diametrically opposite to the life of shape shifter. It’s calm, there are no fires to fight, no energy flood is happening, sun is shining and birds are singing so I was battling the suspiciousness of it all for a while until i thought “maybe i don’t have to brace anymore?”, “what if I finally earned my peace?”… I’m telling you, once you;ve done a review like that you seriously start wondering - is survival over? and then listen to silence whispering a quite “YES!!!” - that was the moment when the song came in.
Gosh, it was worth setting up this whole situation just to realise that my own judgement about myself is totally positive so I practically carved myself out a new baseline frequency to start the new chapter from but first…
…rest :)
If I am to begin the new chapter in peace it can not be rushed… there is a lot of love and light in it and I would like to preserve this beauty whilst it matures for sharing :)
With Love,
Polina Arntvel (< and I embraced my new identity, as you can see - the maiden surname stays in my passport safe and sound and the new surname is supporting it from the outside :)
